There is no power difference between the chrome & ceramic. The only difference is that the ceramic doesn't turn colors where the chrome tends to turn a blue/purple on the head pipe. The ceramic is also easier to keep clean. There's a $30 price difference.... ceramic is more.

does lrd make the old style pipe still cause i like that looks of the older one better. i dunno if there is a performance difference between the new and old but i love the old pipe

Damn its too bad LRD is into price fixin and stuff because they do have some nice looking products. I just dont like it when the manufacturer tries to run their customer or dealers business and wont use their products.
