im looking at getting some new front tires. i found a deal on some razr's,even though ive wanted razr2's but these are a great price. MY QUESTION IS id be ok running 22's in the front and 20's in the rear correct? im pretty sure this is what alot of xc riders use..

My favorite setup is original razrs on rear in 20" and 21" razr 2s on front. never did like 22's on the front

i know trailrider haha 22's are like ehh. but i think for some of my tight trail building they'd be great for log hoppin  and better then my stockers traction wise..

I run 22 fronts and love them, course I like the height as I can hop over most anything.

I don't know many people that run 19" fronts even for MX. I run 20" fronts for MX

It seems like at one time that I remember the smallest front tire you could get were 21s. Unless you bought grooved rickens I'm pretty sure I spelled that wrong but someone knows what I'm talking about. Anyhow you can run
22s if you think you need them but I think the 21s handle better and hop over just as much as a 22 there only a half inch different on the clearance side but if you want 22s buy 22s you can't go wrong with any razr tire

Its all about the right setup, you have to make sure you ride height is correct front and rear, and for me that was the way to go. And less side-wall flex means better handling. But doesn't absorb bumps.

CJM, ya know i'm playing. lol 21" fronts is best in my eyes for a all around general purpose setup.

22 is stock anyway so it's a decent setup.

i recently switched to 21's up front and stuck with the 20's in back and i like it.

i know 21's may handle better. but hey 22in razr's with 1 ride on them and he's throwing in a swinger skid for 60 plus shipping.....i think i'll try it out haha
