valve adjustment

how come all the post i try to read nobody talks about decompression setting on 06/450ers.i messed up adjusting my vaves i adjusted exhaust valves by decompression setting.now im having hard starting issues even after adjusting it back.im lost at how i go from good starting bike to frame off rebuild that wont run right.ive gone over everything that i would think it could be.im almost at the point of installin all stock connections and putting carb back to stock and taken out the tokyo mod work and see if that cures it.

intakes should be .005-.007, exhaust should be .010-.012, i run exhausts at the min .010 at the loosest. Decomp should be .015 i believe, or adjust it by compression

thanks chris i am5-6 on intake 11 on exhaust and 11 on decomp ill try 15 if not im waiting on manual to get here so i can go by factory settings.im tired of guessing.but ill take all help i can get i still might be missing something.
