Removing spray paint from factory finish

I need to know if I can get the crappy rattle can paint off my frame and try to keep most the factory color. Someone put a very light coat of red on it and half of it is already wore off. Acetone maybe? i dont wanna take it apart and powerdercoat the frame anytime soon so if you have an idea please share. thanks

Acetone or light sand it.
