Aftermarket CDI and Green wire mod

So, if I do the green wire mod on an 06, do I still receive any benefit from an aftermarket CDI? Maybe a different curve? But it rev's just as high right?

depending on the cdi you get you might need that green wire to help control the limits...
and as far as the green wire mod if your quad is setup for making power under 9000 rpms, which most are, the mod wont even be noticeable!
if your running high compression and have a quick revving motor then the mod is worth it, and as far as aftermarket cdi I tried vortex, dynatech and didnt see any changes at all in my times at the drags, I swapped out in the same day back and forth, without any difference in my times,

you didnt see any difference between any of the aftermarkets? or the aftermarkets v stock?

I had with me stock and both aftermarket, during the weekend I ran all 3 and there was no noticable differences in my times between all 3
