frame done!!

well i seen everyone on here taking there quad down to bare frame and powder coating them....so i thou what the hell why not...so when i took down to bare frame i put a 17 piece gusset kit on there for the hell of it....and had it powder coated white idk why something diff i guess lol oh well...i think it look ok for what it is.....houser racing +2 thin +2 lone star axle......450r shocks....

Looks good man. Smart choice on the gusset kit, I don't see why you wouldn't gusset it. I see a lot of people forgetting that part after they go through all the trouble of taking it apart and recoating it. Definitely prevents headaches with cracked frame pieces down the road.

thanks ya ur right about the gusset kit i need to be done on the frame....im really dont know on the plastics i have oem red and black......i may buy new oem red plastics and im buying black nerf bars......


what color plastics do u guys i think i should run......

i had red plastics on mine for a while until i had a bad wreck. now i'm running yellow.

well i just got done cutting all the bracket off that hold the battery and the other thing.....i well post pic up later tomorrow and it look alot cleaner now......i got a aluminum air box on the way that well hold the battery and stuff so it look good and out of the way.....
