'05 450r Rebuild!

I picked up my 450 last year and have been gathering parts since then. I am on a budget (unfortunetly) and this is my first ever rebuild so here'goes

Well I got most of my parts back from powder.

Big Shout Out to Maximum Metal Works in Cornwall, On for the hooking me up large. Anyone in the area should see this guy.

Parts look good. Very found of the Yellow.

looks nice..i really like the yellow stands out alot..i did flourescent yellow frame and bottom a arms last year

how have your nerf bars been holding up, im thinking about buying a set like yours

So I've got the front end/rear end on, going to get it on the ground tonight after work. The engine is at my buddy's shop getting ported and a 13:1 piston installed.

I didnt get a chance to snap some pics yet, but I will snap a fdew when I am able to roll it around the shop. Stay Tuned!:macho

So far theyve been alright, they do have a bit of play in them if you step on the outside tubing, but I never plan on stepping there.. for the price you can't beat'em
