got all the ball joints off the aarms, pulled the bearings out of the front left rpm hub since they were shot. going to measure them tomarrow and see if i can match them up. having half a yfz sitting around doesnt help with the work room.

Grant- yes it is in excellent shape no dings dents or anythind the powder is barley scuffed in spots.

JR3 yes its a no link. i actually bought my rear shock off justin. im looken for a houser no link swingarm at the moment. order a bunch more bearings.

got a little farther with it have the aarms bolted up still waiting on a few shock bolts. got my bearings in for the rpm hubs. if anyone needs to know what bearings for replacement timken 05079 bearings. expensive to get them from rpm got all 4 for 25 off ebay from a bearing supplier. and ordered new dust seals from mcmaster. debating whether or not to spend the time polishin up the hubs or not.

I have a parts list packet from houser listing all the part numbers for all the hardware for the crf. They lost the one for the 426 so they sent me the only thing they had, if you want a copy pm me and i can fax it to you.

Besure and change that oil and set the vavles before you ever start it.

ON that carb i was having trouble with the accelerator pump so be sure the squirter squirts before you install it.

its an r geometry frame wouldnt build anything else.

ross put the motor in for mocking up a few things pulling it back out this weekend to check the valves may just put a new piston and rings in it as well.

should be some updates comming shortly. completely rebuilt the carb installed the harness and exhaust. picking up a clutch and throttle cable on my way to work. once i get a spacer back from one of the local machine shops it should be ready to test fire.

getting close one of the bolts on the carb needs swiched out due to hitting an upper frame rail. need to fix the exhaust can re pack it. tighten a few more things down and re-wire the kill switch. should be ready to test fire at that point

slapped the fenders and seat on real fast to see what it would look like.

its running but i just cant seem to get it spot on. hopefully get the chain tightened up and adjusted in a little better tomorrow. going to get it done just in time not to ride it so i dont scare the deer off for archery.
