Did anyone else run into this problem. Got a new cylinder and it mics out at 3.700 not 3.701 like it should.

I don't think .001" is going to cause any issues.

Running a CP piston it calls for .001 clearence, with the cylinder being .001 to small that gives me less than a .0005 of piston and wall clearence. To close for comfort!!!

I guess with a CP piston, that .001 WOULD cause an issue.

Yeah, it would. I was just going off stock service limits.
