We have a Stage 6 70cc top end. We are running a stock variator, stock belt and the stage 6 adjustable clutch. It has 3.5g rollers and red springs in the adjustable clutch w a ztr1500 spring. Bike does well once it is moving. It just seems to rev really high before the clutch engages.

Iam thinking heavier roller weights and possibly taking some tension off the clutch shoe springs to get iy to engage sooner. Any ideas?

You need a tach to set the clutch up properly.Set the red springs in the stage 6 clutch at around 3-4 lines left showing and try it out.You will need the stall to be around 6200-6800 for the bike to run and take off properly.
