heres just some pics i took of me rebuilding my 2009 races quad. my biggest change this year is the exhaust. i like having my quad looking unique, so here it is.

Will an ltr intake and filter just mount right on?

when fuel atv came out with there intake kit like 2 years ago they were using the ltr 450 intake and attaching it to the small 3" long tube coming off the throtle body. i have that 3 inch piece clamped to a piece of exhaust pipe, then clamped to the ltr intake, its a bit crude for now, but its all i could get to work.i would like to build an aluminum intake tube eventually for it, i just didnt have the time right now.

Defiantly unique, but your intake air temp is going way up with a set up like that. Not sure if it will be enough to make a change in power, but it's possible. Looks sick though! And what kind of engine stand is that?

when i was designing the pipe and the mounts i used measurements off the air box the was previously in there, the lowest point on the exhaust is the exact same as what the air box was, and that never hit before, its all assembled now, and with someone jumping on the sub frame that weighed 220 lbs had nothing even close to touching. heres some more pics, i have a couple more things im waiting to get before its completely done for this year.
