wireing issue help

ok we have a trx 450 r 2005 and we took off the clutch purch wires , now everyone is saying that they needed to be bugged together, now my issue is at half or almost top end it kicks out like on rev limiter but what wires and where do we need to look because we took apart all plugs and put them in bag in wireing harness what colors were they and witch ones need to be bugged , thanks for any input

removing the clutch safety switch only allows you to start when in gear, if it starts then its not the safety switch,or are you talking about the hot start? because the 04/05 doesnt have the neutral safety.. if you removed the hot start and the hot start valve is open it will create a lean condition

if you removed the tps wires from the carb you might get a top end issue that mimics a limit ...

but my guess is you haven't ran it for a while and you have some bad gas or a dirty carb from sitting for the winter,also check to make sure a mouse hasn't taken up home in your air cleaner

when is the last time ran and what else was done besides removing the wires,

exactly which wires were removed?

exactly which wires were removed? only wires were key lights and bar switch cluster ,, unplugged wires while bike was running untill we got all wires we wanted out thanks you guys are great . we have been so used to 2 smokes and moved up to 450 4 stroke so all new to us
