im looking to get a good case saver. what are some good ones. thanks

anything made of poly, delrin or a suitable plastic. Aluminum wont help much in a chain failure. You want something that will absorb the chain not deflect it.

UPP here. Looks like it will do a great job if I do sling a chain. I think they make the Moose one also. Just make sure it's one of the poly/plastic/delrin ones.

Just something else to think about- if the chain comes off, it can get bound up between the sprocket and the swingarm. Even with a poly case saver, that broke one of the mounts off my motor. Then after another incident involving lots more damage, I got a Glann Innovations chain slider which fills in the gap in front of the swingarm, and I haven't had a problem since.
