07 rebuild sluggish?

recently had my 07 400 rebuilt put in new transmisson and top end was completley rebuilt. stayed stock with everything. i havnt road the bike yet since rebuild i just started it up but when you give it gas there not much throttle responce is kind of bogging/sluggish. has a slip on it its not the jets

You didn't break it in, I'm pretty sure you're always suppose to break it in on a new topend.. And you definatly need to jet it unless you want to kill your 400ex :eek2:
