honda rancher issue

hey guys ....bought a honda rancher 2005 a while back and for some reason when i take off sometimes it feel like the brakes are stuck on ...if i shut it right off and push it moves freely ...

when this happens if i swap it from esp to auto it does away

any clue or suggestions ??
