Try stock clutch cables.. And make sure they are away from the headers because I burnt up one not paying attention

What kind of clutch lever are you using? Stock lever?

i don't really like the motion pro cables i have never had good luck with them but i would suggest getting a cable from a 250r i belive, i know is from a 250, it is extra long and u can run it down the frame away from the header if that is the problem u are haveing
250x cable and route out along the oil cooler lines AWAY from the headers.
But i bet its your clutch lever, what brand and style are you using?

it dosent burn through i the strands just come apart where it goes into the lever.
Id try a stock cable then.
Its not hard to pull or anything is it
Make sure the cable is coming straight out of the lever, and not at an angle. This will wear them out like you are describing.

it is straight comming into the lever. and its not hard to pull. can the lever wear out.
Possible, the levers abrasive.
Id be willing to get its the cable, I have a motion pro and had no issues-but many others report they dont fit right and had problems with them.
I do have the terminator cable, not the regular old motion pro tho.

should i get the 250x cable because of the less sharp bends
No, the reason to get the 250x cable is not b/c it bends less, its to make it avoid the header. Its long enought o route it away from the hot headers :)

so basically there is nothing i can do to stop breaking them. maybe try another brand of cable
