Recorded a rock song. help who sings it?

I typed what words i could make out on google and did not find the song. so i recorded the song in my car. Can any one help me out on who sings it and the song? The song im talking about starts at around 28 secs in the vid.

atreyu? no clue if it is or not but i did recorded this song 9-10 years ago on a cassette tape. Just found the tape and i love this song.
