I was swapping out my swingarm last night and noticed that the rear caliper is grinding on the brake rotor and nuts. Am I missing something? Am I tightening the antifade too tight? Does the caliper need rebuilt?

Grooves on the seal surfaces are normal with use. Caliper rubbing is not normal, uneven pad wear is not normal. The caliper is supposed to slide side to side on the mounts, I bet one or both of those is froze up. Need to get it all apart, clean it up, make sure the little rubber boots are good. (They are probably ripped which caused the problem in the first place) Grease up the slides and put it all back together with new boots.
