Do you have any problem with your rear fender touching the exhaust since lakers don't use the bottom brackets?

Have you rode with them yet? Reason I'm asking is because when I race mine I notice that when I lean into turns I tend to push on my rear fender and figured with no bottom support on the lakers and me pushing against it that the plastic would hit the exhaust and melt.

ya i raced a season on them, they didnt push in to much and im pretty sure that they had a nice piece of that aluminum heat tape on them

Ok thanks. I was just stuck between ordering new plastics either lakers or oem and didn't wanna toast new fenders during a race. I like oem plastic but I don't like the warning labels on them and lakers look sweet but didn't know how they held up.

No. Right now I'm not running them but I thought of maybe later getting another set of nerf bars with heel guards.

Yeah I've ran my leg over in a race to with my YFZ and I just bought the TRX from my buddy and he didn't run heel guards and I've got them on the YFZ and definitely plan on putting some on the TRX. Been there to and that crap hurts.
