DXL-90 bogging

I have a 2000 DXL-90 Sierra and it runs great until we go up larger hills then it bogs and will not pull up the hill. Compression is 90+ psi and the carb has been cleaned a couple times without helping.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If the compresion is only 90 psi that is a broblem, should be in the 150 range. Change the tourqe spring in the clutch.
When this spring gets worn it doesnt let the quad shift properly causing a bog.
