I just talked to a guy in ga, he said lots of pro-am's in the pro class, he didn't know who a lot of them were, but so far there are 19 pro's

Judging by the practice times, it looks like not many people showed up. all practices seemed small compared to what i saw in 2010.

Correct me if I am wrong but by the looks of that list there are only ten "known and established" pros running and the rest are what "newbies" to the pro ranks?

Not busting on a soul just asking. And IF I am correct maybe they will be a shot in the arm for the racing and make this a very eventful season. Good luck to all.

looks like only 8 of them have ever ran a pro race. i look for Upperman, Natalie, and Weinen to check out.

I see a bunch of people who never won a pro-am race. I am really happy to see the pro class have a full gate though. Good luck rookies

The guys have to move up sometime! I'm super stoked to see Ronnie higgerson and derek make the move up. Good luck to all the rookies and established pros alike! Who cares if they haven't won a pro-am race, they are ridiculously fast and this is the perfect time to move up. Keep the gate as close to filled as possible imo

yep also sad the pros are racing on saturday, heard most of them have already left the track. the atva is trying to make the series worse.

agreed the line up is a joke and gate fillers can be bad news for the pro's when they get in the way. winning a pro-am isnt required but it is nice for them to actually belong in the pro class. they might be fast but not dosent sound like they are pro level fast when they are getting lapped.

Now is the time for a new format...

4 regions and bringing the top 10 from each to 3 Nationals at the end of the year to crown a champion. More a blend of grass roots and a true National put together...something more affordable to many more racers.

Well I did not go to the nationals here in Ga. this year. My kids wanted to go to the Atl SX. We have not been to SX or atv nationals in years so we decided to go to SX.
All I want to know is why there was no trompen, webb and wasmer in the pro lineup

so i guess the 150 points in pro-am production is not a required rule anymore? last i read i thought it still was. i know you can get the one day pro license but that still says you need to meet the requirements

Haha Trompen kinda disappeared and Wasmer was probably too busy signing autographs and forgot about the race... after all he loves giving back to the kids that support him and his professional racing career.
