Anyone cut their plastics for seat grabs?

If so lets see some pics, im thinking about doing it. not sure whether to cut my seat foam or cut my plastics.

not sayin this is right but in a lot of the vids ive seen theyve cut the plastics in two places right behind the seat

i got holes cut under my seat on my fmx bike for a place to grab, i found some stuff on another forum that was great, and found some pics in an old mag where a bombsquad guy was still on a honda like me so i took his and made fit for me,
but if u got a honds 450 kinda behind the pace the kick start indention is but under the seat, either leave plastic at the top of use the seat as the hold spot with just a hole. lots of guys , all bike guys cut there foam on the seat for thinner seats and some put nothes in them for grab points also ive seen
