I've run two CT full systems on my quad since about 2003 and they have been excellent. I ran the midrange full system on my 440 motor and upgraded to the high output system when I converted to a 450 stroker. No issues with broken welds, rust, or anything like that. I like the fact that you can switch between a normal open race end cap and a Supertrapp fully tunable disc spark arrester in a matter of minutes.

is it mostly a mid range pipe or a top end pipe:confused:

I just checked CT's website, and it looks like there is just the slip on and full system now. Back when I bought mine, there were separate midrange and high output full systems. The difference was the high output system had larger diameter header pipes as well as a larger diameter inlet on the silencer.

Regardless of all that, with the current full system they offer, you can make the pipe act however you want. Max top end, run the open end cap. Want more low end torque and less sound for trails...cap it up with the disc system it comes with.

I had a full header an exhaust from CT on mine, after many years the exhaust cone rusted out, the header was almost there...at that time they were ceramic coated.....I don't think they have the ceramic coated ones anymore, find out an if they do, I wouldn't get it. You want stainless steel header an cone....I had to put back the stock header an my original White Brothers exhaust. I do love the CT Racing pipes an exhaust, turn down tip an or spark arrester, they sound great, the best in my opinion. I bought a full exhaust 450R system (stainless steel), for my 400EX/KTM Hybrid quad, my nephew bought one for his Raptor, an brother in law then got one for his 450R....big power gains, sounds awesome, an they have the spark arrestor for when we go to the dunes.
