does anyone know if 450r nerfs can be put on a 400ex? ive heard its possible as long as they dont use engine mounts and they use frame mounts instead. im just wanting to verify before i buy..thanks guys.

Are 450r nerfs faster than 400ex nerfs ?

If not,
then why wouldn't you just get some nerfs that are made to fit a 400ex ?

I'm just so corn-fuzz-ed :D

I would be guessing you're talking about the tusk nerf bars. I would guess the 450r would be bigger or wider

you need 450r peg mount, and you also have to build yourself a little braquet to go fit with your motor mount.

thanks guys! its just theres alot of used 450r parts around me just not as many 400ex parts, just trying to work with what i can get a deal on being only 14. this bikes paid by me for me!
@ tri5ton oh yeah im hopping this will shave off about 40lbs and give me the same gains as a 11:1 416 ;)
