packing in a rossier pipe

has anyone changed the packing in a rossier pipe. if so what does a person have to do to get this done. and other than packing what do i need.

You will need a drill to take the old rivets out of the endcap, a rivet gun, and new rivets to put back in. Unless Rossier has changed over to screws to hold the end cap on.
