Trade 2002 400ex for 04 Pred?

I found an 04 Predator on craigslist for trade and he's willing to take an ex. I believe that somewhere polaris did something with the rev limiter or over rev in the pred models. The only other thing is mantainence, my ex which is an 02, has had absolutely no problems what so ever
