today i finally took out my carb and made sure the previous owner had everything adjusted right, well im not sure what the guy was thinkin when he did the adjusting. He had a 165 main jet in when you are supposed to be using a 146. And the clip was done right but the air screw wasnt. well whatever its all good now. And i now know what im doing.:D :D

Congrats. I use to be pretty scared when doing it with my quad untill I finally did it. Its alot less complicated then you would think it would be.

Im still in training though ;) :D .

148 is the stock jet size.

you've got a K&N and a slip on and your only using a 146 jet???????????????????? Did you check it out, after you did this, like your plug. it seems to me like you would be runnin' kinda lean. a 146 is less than stock. If you didn't check it out....you better before you go racing and end up burning a hole in the top of your piston.
