Here is some videos of me taking off with my holeshots on my 400ex. I forget what model they are but they have the same tread pattern as the HD's. Keep in mind I don't drag race but I would like to in august. What do you guys think of the hookup? Am I doing anything wrong?
And I'm starting in 2nd by the way.

Nice! Ever going to get some riding gear? Haha I still haven't got the one handed wheelie yet, scares the chit out of me

Thanks! And I got a chest protector but I still want some pants, jersey, and some boots!

And yeah haha it didn't really take long for me because all you have to do is when your wheeling move your handlebars completely to one side and make sure your foots on the rear brake just incase.

See that's the bit** about boot's is you can't move your foot downwards so I always have to sit way up to wheelie.. I would suggest going to Rockymountainatv, fast shipping, free shipping over $99, great customer service, only place I'll ever buy from.. I got some MSR pant's and jersey's from there, the pant's are amazing for winter rides because you never get cold but in the summer they get alittle hot :ermm: And they have some pretty cheap boots, I think they still have A.R.C corano boots for like 100, they are really nice, pretty good on not letting water in except it comes from the top. The only bad thing is I got 12's I think which where kind of small for the feet but they're meant for someone with horse calfs because the velcro on the top is a little to big, but except for that they are pretty good for the money. Nice video's, hope you win some drags!

nice videos. reminds me of my old 250r I had a couple years ago. man I miss that bike, put no tellin how much wrench and ride time on it. I had some worn holeshot tires on it too. just like in your videos they like to spin on takeoff but they hookup and go eventually. something maybe to try would be starting with a little higher rpms and set just a hair back farther on the seat to where it wants to squat and try to wheelie a bit and then just ride it on out.
