Ok I have a 330 esr 86 250r put a new counter balancer in it now can't get it back in time the back gear on crank has a dot to line it up but no dot on crank??

The dot on the crank should be at TDC. If there is no mark, run the piston up to the top of the stroke. The dot on the inner part gear goes to the top also. Slide the gear on with the inner dot facing straight up. Then align the outer dot to the counter balancer dot.
