Ok everybody, Dave is on the move with new products as usual, I have been working with him on some cool new stuff for the Raptor 250, and as usual he has come up with some really great stuff. I can only let the cat out of the bag on 1 or 2 right now. LOL.....The firt one as you will see in the pic here in a moment is an AWSOME set of front engine mounts, BILLET aluminum CNC machined with a really cool CNC machined BILLET cross bar that really adds some support from flexing. We all know this is one of the weak spots on the 250, here is the cure.......
The other thing he will be working on is an aluminum battery box for eliminating the air box, we all know this is also a big problem when the air box is removed. There a alot more in the works also, but I can't let the cat out just yet......LOL....STAY TUNED.......

The engine mounts are available now, I think they are going to be right around 100.00, but call Dave on that to be sure. He is working on a battery box now, shouldn't be long on that. Dave's number is 501-472-9668.

No problem, we ran ours this whole season and they worked great, with the texiera gussett kit and Dave's engine mounts we got 2 full seasons out of our frame, it did break the last race of this year, but it wasn't anywher there was a gussett, nor was it the engine mount, it was the rear shock mount the broke, I talked to Ed at Texiera and sent him some pics of where ours broke and he is going to work on adding a gussett or 2 to the kit for that area.

Yea Dave was telling me about the luck you were having with them. I got a deal on a Lonestar frame, so we went with that, but now i have learned he cant run it in the sport class at the Nat's. Just par for the course...lol

No because it is a production class it has to be the stock frame, that's why we didn't go with LS frame, but like I said with the gussett kit and engine mounts we did good. 2 years of abuse on an MX track out of 1 frame, I'm ok with that, my buddy went through 2 300ex frames in the same 2 year period, so Im satisfied with our's.

I was getting ready to buy a new frame, and send it to Ed, have him fix it up, and be good to go, when this deal came up. my thinking was same money, better frame. But like always, i didnt think it ALL the way through, but we are only going to go to a couple anyways, he can run in a C class, and still have fun.
