Email notices not coming

Has anyone else lost all contact from the site? I have not got a notification in well over 2 days. all of my settings look to be good and i have not changed them in months so i am not sure what happened. Any info would be great. thanks,

i guess maybe i will have to try to clean everything out. I havent done it for a month or more now but that still shouldnt cause the issues.

nothing there either. I just cleaned everything on google chrome, ill see if i start getting them again but i doubt it will change anything.

Thanks for the tip though pap! Anything else to look for?

I wish I could help more. I used to not get any emails then I started getting them again...no clue why

x2 i used to not get emails when somebody replied on threads, but now i get them again.

The same thing happened to me a couple years ago. Then all of a sudden they started coming in. Not sure what changed. I could get subscription notices from really old threads but nothing new. Now I think it is working fine.

I never get anything, I have subscribed to tons of stuff-the subs are there but no emails get sent. it also wont pop up a box when I get a pm. I disabled the adblocker too.!

Pappy...... one thing that seamed strange, in my forum profile I have everthing on yes( to recieve emails) I tryied to send email,to my self\

and got message that I have chose not to recieve emails, but I do have it set to recieve them???

this is the message I get when trying to send myself a email through the forum and its the same message when I tryed to email Honda400ex I tryed on Pappys profile and it works,,, any help PLEASE!!!

oh well ....it just makes it harder to use the site

i tried clearing my cache and history along with logging out and logging in and still nothing. I guess maybe it will come back again sometime.

I have had it happen before but only for a couple of days. i think this one is permanent. :( i dont get pm messages or anything anymore.

oh well... i guess when i get time to go check over all of the threads that get responses i will reply then instead of checking them as soon as i get an email from them.

so after changing my email address in my user cp information i got it to forward to that email instead. i will be trying to switch it back again in a bit to see if that fixed it.

it did not work switching it back though. maybe it is something with my email... i guess ill have to do some investigating on it later, i cant take any more time on it now. i have to start working on my HW.

I changed my user name yesterday with my hotmail email account now I get my mail... but it looks like im a new user and have no experience,LOL but at least I get my messages!!

good to know DnB im not gonna make a new account, i guess ill wait a bit longer and try to switch it back to my regular email so that i dont have 2 of everything after the forward. oh well...

ive had it happen in the past but it was only for a day or two ever a week or more.

just tested it again with my regular email back in the correct spot instead of my secondary email.

it started working again... i guess ill leave it alone now again till it quits again. haha.

DnB it may be worth a shot to try it again. i guess for you it doesnt matter, you have the close to the same name. lol

Mine works again too, but I went in and reset a bunch of stuff

i didnt do any resetting or anything i dont think. I may have hit the reset at the bottom but i had everything set to on anyway so it didnt change any settings on it if i did.

im just glad we got it working again.
