My GF has trouble pulling the clutch all the way. I was wondering what options I have to fix this. I've adjusted the clutch and it's at the point now where if I make it any easier it won't engage/disengage the clutch right. Hydro clutch s way out of the price range. Any ideas? I'm not sure if it's beacause she has small hands or just not strong enough to do it.

Get an EZ pull from C&D or a Works lever and perch. I think the works lever is over 100 bux but it works great! If you do you will have to get rid of the parking brake. But the PB doesnt work anyway and adds weight.

PEP power pull lever and a new cable.

new cable and keeping it lubed up is a good idea

The RTC lever is suppose to be really good and pull easier...

RTC is a very nice lever.

but any lever will pull good, if it's adjusted right, and the cable is lubed good.

Or a hydrolic clutch. no lubing cables.

my msr raptor lever and perch pulls easily, and its a shorty, so the normal length lever will pull even easier, they are like $30 out of www.rockymountainatv.com

I had a MSR raptor lever, but i wasn't a big fan of it. i thought it was kind of weak, mine broke, the round thing that your cable tightening screw goes into just fell out so i couldn't adj. my cable....so i bought a RTC and i haven't had any problems, except for the fact that i broke the lever after a hard crash..lol..OOPS, No worries though...I'll be ordering a new one...right now i've got a Magnum lever on it and i think it's just as good as my RTC was.

how does the rtc, cr250 and msr raptor compare as pulling. i have tried a msr raptor and i really liked it but i have heard that they like to snap lines. is the cr250/rtc just as easy to pull in?

the MSR only snaps lines if you have it adjusted wrong. you must have the outside of the adjusting bolt pointing out so that the screw won't frey the lines. if you have it the other way, it will, just like about every other leveer out there. earlierr i said that the MSR wasn't such a good lever but, honestly it was, it just didn't hold up to the daily abuse i put to it. and the RTC did!!!!!

oh, and the CR250 lever will work fine, that's what my whaat my friend uses that it's works good, and it was cheaper too!!!

I use a pep easy pull on mine.It has been so long since I bought I can't name the price. That and I have a brand new clutch cable and I lubed it really good. Also I am not sure how many of you guys use motion pro cables.I snapped a brand new one in half.I had only used it for about 3 moto's.So I went back with an oem honda one and haven't had a problem since.
