This is kinda a stupid question, but im wondering what the numbers stand for with extended a arms. If i get a +2, +1 does that mean that each side is 2 inches bigger with a total of 4 inches wider, or is it a total of 2 inches all together. Also would the +1 make the quad 1 inch longer?

well not sure on the +2 thing but i think it is all around lengh will be 2 inches bigger. but i know that the +1 means the wheel will sit 1 inche more forward on the quad bring it closer to the bumber

+2+1 Means each arm is 2in wider and will be one inch forward.

+1 adds 1 inch to each side (quads is 2 inches wider total) , +2 adds to 2inches(quad is 4 inches wider total), +3, etc.

A "+2+1" +2 inches wider and + 1 inch forward each side. You really dont want that unless you race TT iirc (might be MX i forget now).

The stock frontend is about 43 inches, add a set of +1s you get 45 inches, add some +2s you get 47 inches.

The handling benefits with a wider frontend are phenomenal. The front stays planted down much better and you dont feel tippy at all.

Not to be confused with the rear, witch + 4 means 4” longer total since it’s one axel.
