hmf exhaust ?

I gota a slip on exhaust for my 400 about a month ago. I was wondering if anybody has had any problems with there end cap sounding like it rattling are maken a squeaking noise at certain rpms. I got all three bolts as tight as I think they need to be. I was thinking maybe if a put a thin line of high heat silcone around the inside of the tip and maybe some lock tight on the 3 allen bolts and put it back on if it would make it stop? Anybody have this problem are is just me?

I have a full system HMF and I hear the same thing, I have no clue where it is coming from I actualy think it is the echo sometimes cuz it only really does it when Im getting on it hard..No clue anyone else have an idea?:confused: :confused:

the slip on have a bit more of a raspy sound naturally and the full systems have a deeper tone..I believe the noise is just the air passing through the endcap..just ride!

A squeak sound isn't air passing threw unless the pipes a whistle.:p

its not a suqeek...its a raddle! or aounds like one..its an HMF they do it.its fine!

Ok I understand what your saying.......what I'm telling you is that mines squeaking I know the rattle sound your talking bout also but this is different lol I'll just do like I said I was goin to and I'll let ya know how it turns out in case you ever hear what I'm hearing.
