I have a 86 250r just bought the other day. Need help on the jetting. It has full exhaust uni filter with no lid esr 310 cylinder kit bored .20 over 87 crank an rod with spacer plate stock carb stock ignition. Going to run klots oil 32:1 with just 93 pump gas I'd say. Need help on jet sizes I should use an air fuel screw settings thanks

probably around a 155-158 main, middle notch on the needle and the stock pilot should work fine.

It had a 175 main jet 60 pilot an the needle was needle was one below the middle

i would run try a 45 pilot 60 is prob lil on the rich side. a 38 or 39mm pwk or a/s carb would be a great extra to add to ur setup also!!

So I should try 158 main 45 pilot middle needle setting? What about the air fuel screw?

try 172 big jet- 58 smal jet- 2 turn air jet- pm sent to u- paul

Yes, yes if its a stock sized carb. Start at 1.5 turns out on air, out is lean, in is rich.
