Just put back together and will start sometimes but idles high and very badly??

I have read about the tps and we have adjusted that and ran our throttle cable without any kinks. I took the injecter off and fuel is coming out of it. I checked the airboots and head pipe. Ive checked my connections and I can't figure out why it wont run right... and sometimes not run at all???? It just got put together so is there something inside the throttle body that could be messed up? any info is appreciate it.

im only a kid and i apologize if im way out of line. but would it be down to those earth wires? if they were on bare metal would it make a difference??

Yeah, I'd recheck all your grounds, maybe the high idle/ choke knob.

get rid of the stock pc connector to your yellow tps wire those have caused problems
hard wire the grey from pc to the tps I would guess thats your issue.
when that crimp is attached it usually cuts the yellow wire,when you move it around it will break
