I am almost done with the "rebuild" stage here and need a little advice on jetting. I have a Powercore 4 and i ground the welds out of my headpipe. Running a uni filter with airbox cover on and no holes drilled and i am a little above or right at sea level. Should i do the jetting according to what fmf reccomends for the pipe or should i go with what the dynojet kit instructions say? Will i have to go a little bigger then the reccomended size because of the ground welds? Thanks for the help.

i doubt that the ground out welds will affect it enough to make it run lean when using a 146, but if it does ru too lean try a 155, its easy to change the jets, its trial and error.

hey I got the powercore 4 on my quad and I am running with the dynojet stage two kit. I would recommend that kit it is nice. When you do though run without the airbox lid It'll help alot.
