I'm puttin a new clutch in my cousins 250, it seems there is something missin outa the middle of the basket, is there a bolt of somekind that screws into the middle of the basket, so that when u pull on the handle it pushes that in and engages the clutch, he told me it had no clutch and that u could pull the shaft up and out of the casing! When i took it apart, the peice in the middle was loose, but there is nothing for it to push on to engage and disengage the clutch? I'm lost!
