300ex axle carriage

I was wondering if any of you have had a problem with the 300ex going through axle carriage bearings. thanks!!

yes my friend kyle hads a 300ex and his went out and i think he said he spent 265 dollars to fix it but he ddidnt use the same carrier as stock he got one where you can greese it after ever trail ride.

i havent had any promblems out of mine.

i have promblems with the oil
mine dont smoke but once i get home i need to always add oil and mine is like 2-3 months old. it started when i went to my girlfriends house on it 14 miles awaay i wouldnt on the road i was is fields in some trails that i seen that i explored while iwas on my way and got there.

only thing i seen wrong with it is that my stock tires where bold almost completly and that it died a couple of times over there i thought it was just hot so we shut it off and went to go watch a moovie came back out and ran fine its now just starting to drink the oil.
