This is my CT 340 build. I took a scratch 330 cylinder and sent it in to be bored and nikasiled. I also have a Cr ignition system, TRX 5 pipe from esr, an 38mm air striker carb. and a lot of odds and ends from my garage to get it going. So lets see how the frist 250r build goes.

Very interesting!Did CT prep the cylinder and have it nikasiled for you?How much extra was it to have nikasiled?

I think it was about $800 to cut and nikasile.

What frame are you running?

It is a ’88 or 89’ frame, I’m not really sure but I think its an 88’. To tell you the truth this is my first 250r build from the ground up. I got into these 4 wheelers about a year or two ago and I really like them. So I’m using the spare parts out of my garage and two other people’s garages to build a bike from the ground up (including the motor).

This should help you. Those arms are only camber adjustable. Then you can adjust your toe-in/out.

If you ride it like the way it is, it's going to be twitchy and handle like crap.

I wish my first build had a CT340 with a CR ignition. :(

Next project, Ok I found this in the road ditch last week. It might look rough but allot of the important stuff is there. I’m starting work on it in 5 mins. Lets see if I could find all the parts in my garage to get it half way back together.

Are you serious? It looks like an 86 frame, from the front bumper mounts. The VIN tag should be on the left side of the sub frame. If you seriously found it in a ditch, then it's probably stolen! My advice, report it to the cops!

That bike was sitting in your garage about a month ago when I dropped the a-arms off...:huh
