case saver?

hi i want to get a 16t front sprocket for my 400ex i need a aftermarket case saver right?

Yep, I tried to grind my stocker but it became 1/8 thick after i was done.

One I used for a 16t front was made by pro design and I got it from rocky mtn.

alright i though so. would a 16/36 be good gearing for smaller tires in the back cause i have 18-10-9 in theback?

Should be fine with that gearing.
