89 frame gusset kit?

Bought a complete roller and have now stripped it down, I noticed a small crack about a 1/2 inch long where the sub frame meets the main frame. no other cracks are noticeable but I am expecting small problems when it's sand blasted for sure. Does anyone know of a good gusset kit or somebody who will blast the frame, gusset it and powder coat it. Years ago I sent a 89 to TMM when i built a 350rx, but since I have been without an R for many years I'm a little out of the loop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Based upon where you live you could send the frame to EastcoastATV i know they can sandblast powdercoat and even do up a gusset kit for you. I had them do a gusset kit for my 1988 frame and I liked the job they did.

pumashine has a nice gusset kit...real nice. Just find a local welder/fab shop and stop by the coaters an chit chat :p

i just bought a Bare Performance gusset kit off of ebay from the company themselfs and i plan on welding it in myself.
