xr650l or 650r

Hey im going to get one of these bikes. i know the xr650 is a monster compared to the xr650l. i know the xr650l is street legal in all states and can be rode off and on rode but i really want the xr650r but can they be made street legal easy? i live in PA, Also how reliable is the 650l compared to the 650r. i plan on driving it more on the streets but still alot in the dirt. Also how is the e starter on the 650l. i want something really reliable and street legal but if i can get a faster bike and liquid cool i rather.

Ive seen street legal r's and l's
Personally i would WAY rather have an R i think they look 100000 times better and run alot better.

Id just look around for one thats already legal so you dont have to go through the hassle to try and get it there.

Keep looking. There are plenty of street legal Rs running around, and they're twice the bike the L is.

The only reason that the L is more desirable, is the e start. EVERY other part of the R is better, you just have to kick it, which can be a bit of a hassle if its not tuned perfect
