will header fit

im looking at a FMF powerbomb header for my 05 450 and was wondering if this header will fit my yoshimura TRC slip on,the ad says will fit stock and aftermarket exhausts but the header appears to get large at the can end so was a little curious wether it will fit

called FMF this morning and the reps answer was will only fit FMF pipes,so now either gotta sell my yoshimura and by a fmf can or have a powerbomb header that i cant use just laying around...thanks for the reply guess i shoulda used my head and called them b4 i asked here:ermm:

ya i've got the bomb sitting here doing me no good,its like new my cousin put it on ran it for 5 minutes and realized it wasnt gonna work...id be more than happy to sell it shoot a price at me and we can go from there

If he powerbomb header is designed to fit a stock muffler than shouldnt any aftermarket slip on designed to work with a stock header fit? Ive seen pwople run HMF slip on's with a powerbomb..idk it just makes sense.

you would think that but i guess it only works with certain slip ons and my yoshi aint one of them:( ...the bomb used to be advertised as "fits stock and aftermarket silencers" but checked motosport and that quote is gone and rep at fmf claims its designed only for their pipes so idk
