Hey guys just picked up a 92 lt 80 for my kids. Got it free, but it needs some serious work. To start I need the boot that goes between the carb and the airbox. Guy just had top end rebuilt then wouldn't start. So now I'm gonna see what I can do.

just buy it oem from suzuki....make sure you clean the airbox so you don't suck any trash in the carb and wipe out your new cylinder. If it's still hard to start, but you can force it to fire up with starting fluid; definitely check the crank seals. They walk out all the time. Good Luck.
