iv been workn on my build for a min now and its almost complete!! when its all finished i plan on taking it to the dyno to get my actual read outs, but until then i thought it would b cool to see what kind of estiments i would get from people. The guy at esr told me it would b around 175 lbs compression and "should" be a little over 60 hp!! I thought that this was kind of a high but i really have no idea or anything to base it on which is the reason for this thread!! so that being said here is my setup

k&n air, 38mm a/s carb, v force 2s, esr 330 bolt on trx 9 port job, pump gas dome, esr trx 5 pipe, 87 long rod oem crank, oem ignition, oem clutch, 14/38 sprockets, renthal z ring chain and I run 18x10.5-8 rear wheels.

I have pretty much the same setup.

ESR 330 Bolt On kit, ESRs Trail port, Pump Gas Head, 38 Airstryker, V Force 3s, open Airbox w/K&N, OEM Ignition, CT Pipe w/ FMF Q Silencer and newly Rebearinged stock Bottom end.

Dynoed Oct 8th 2010 at Craze-Dealz shop in Winchester Oregon at 48.9hp. I was extremely happy with that so if you can get 60 out of yours, that would be impressive! That thing will pull hard.

My other quad is stock with only FMF Pipe and silencer, 38 Mikuni and Boyeson Rad Valve. It made 36hp on the same day. Amir says bone stock was around 26-28hp

if i were you, i would expect somewhere in the 50's for horsepower. Never get your hopes too high or you will ALWAYS be let down.

I had a 330 bolt on, 11 pipe and porting, race gas with a 40.5 on my dyno and it turned around 57 if i remember correctly. I'd guess around 51 for your set up. Jetting and dyno tires will be important to get there.

yeah i was thinkin 60 was high and was not counting on that number at all. if i hit 50 hp i would b plenty happy and it would make for alot of fun at the dunes!!! when i get it all wrapped up and broke in i will hit the dyno and post the results!

ESR told me for my 350 that it would make 68hp with there set up. ESR 350 pv, trx 9 port, trx 9 pipe and silancer, 39 mm carb, V fource 3 reeds, pump gas dome and cr ignition.

When i finaly got it to run to its full pertentiol with lots off tuning and more porting. It made 57hp with a vary broad power band. It made 54-57 hp over 1200 rpm. The owner off the dyno said that people tell him that his dyno is mean for giving numbers. That was runing ESR 350, PV blocked off and mach ported, Reported by K&T racing, TRX 9 pipe, 39 pwk board to the max, V fource 3 reeds, race gas dome and cr ignition.

I'd guess my 330 is anywhere from 45-50. With fine tuning, I'd maybe get it up to 55. I jet it fat and its mx ported. CT claims their 350 is 58 rwhp with midrange porting. Not sure what type of dyno CT has.
