i need some parts to build my speed do the bikes interchange in parts and what im needing is nerf bars preferably with heel guards a arms wheels and poss front shocks from a moto

Moto arms and front shocks are long travel. All the other models use the same length shocks. Nerfs will fit on all modes as well.

Just a question .Did you do al th eupdates on the engines first? It seems a lot of guys spend all their money on chassis parts then the unupdated engine lets go and they will need lots more to repair all the damage that could have been avoided with a few hundred in updates.
