what is the best slip on exhaust for a 400ex i am about to order the lte slip on pipe. my freind has the duals on his ltz400 they sound so nasty! how much diffrent are they from the single??

I think the duals is more less for looks. HMF makes a good slip-on. Its what i have. I like it.

your 400ex with a pipe is not going to sound as good as your friends z400. z400 sound way better like 450s and 400ex just have a different sound to them.

your only going to get so much out of a slip on, I would base choice on quality feedback, looks, and price

I run an FMF powercore 4 with a FMF powerbomb header pipe and it is bad ***.
The power bomb will make it sound like a 450 R but the price tag isn't cheap. Will also give you some added HP.
