where is a good place to buy ferrea or kw +1mm or +2mm valves?

it looks like dennis kirk has kw ones that are oversized, they are the precision machining ones. looks like +1 each also.

there are also guides for them just below the valves themselves.

im not sure on +2 ones, maybe c&d or someone will have them.
