I am sure there insurance will cover most of it, but it'll be awhile.

I am local, so waiting on the 10pm news for more pics.

On Sunday there was about 100 people riding. Luckily they are closed on Monday.

What I heard so far...
The owner and 3 workers were removing snow from the roof when they heard cracking. So they ran to a strong part of the bulding roof and the other side let go.

It's crazy, I was in there until like 9p.m. Sunday night. They hadn't groomed the track because they guy who normally runs the bobcat was on the roof or something. Also there was massive leaks in the roof. I'm thinking what happened is that they cleared off one side, and didn't get a chance to clear the snow off the other side of the building. The uneven weight just caused it to fall in. That roof is massive so I couldn't even imagine how much weight was up there.

To think I was standing right there less than 12 hours before it happened. It's crazy.

supposedly there was no insurance at the time of the collapse soooo between that fact and the money troubles the building owner has had the last couple years i would say mototown is done for good

This is one of the very very few times i would agree with you over the internet corey:p

Mototown has been cursed since the day it opened, i dont think rebuilding it would even be worth it for them, it never actually made any money, good concept, but they went to crazy with it making it all fancy, then ran it into the ground with the management.
